How We Handle Insurance Claims 

STEP 1

After your collision, your insurance company will not begin processing your claim until you email photos of the physical damage to your vehicle. This might seem like a convenient way to get your claim fast-tracked, but your vehicle could also have UNSEEN DAMAGE that could be dangerous or even life-threatening. That's when you pick up the phone and CALL US. 

STEP 2

We handle your entire claim process from start to finish. Our INITIAL COLLISION INSPECTIONS ARE FREE ($150 VALUE), and we will inspect your vehicle from top to bottom. Rest assured, our repairs are also backed by a LIFETIME COLLISION REPAIR GUARANTEE  for as long as you own your vehicle.

STEP 3

Our collision inspection process includes using all of the latest automotive technologies, including ULTRASONIC BODY SCANS, PRECISE DIGITAL ALIGNMENT ASSESSMENTS, ADAS (ADVANCED DRIVE ASSISTANCE SYSTEM) CALIBRATIONS & FINAL POST INSPECTIONS. The results of our inspection will be submitted to your insurance company.

STEP 4

We will then come to a mutual understanding with your insurance company about the REAL REPAIR COSTS to make your vehicle safe and looking great again. When you are fully satisfied with the collision repairs we've made, we will bill your insurance company directly for the repairs we did to your vehicle.
